At BALLISLIFE, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your performance apparel or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
